this makes absolutely no sense to me. Hate all you want, i am one of those dog owners that lets his pets fecal matter lye where it drops nature-wise(for the most part). I don't really feel bad about it and I probably never will. "what dog turd". But on a lengthy walk today with Mr. P, I spotted 11 of these fails.
What in the heck is the point of bagging it up if your gonna toss it on the side of the trail after a few minutes of carrying it anyhow? Might as well scoop it into a empty ciggarett package or maybe the box your new DVD player came in and leave it on the side of the trail full of crap. Do these people think the poop fairy cruises around town at night and as long as its packaged up, it gets cleaned up? Oxy-Morons.
